Service Description

This Ladies-Only Situational Awareness & Flashlight Self-Defense Course is designed for women beginning their self-defense journey who want practical, real-world skills to keep themselves and their loved ones safe. Participants will learn how to recognize early warning signs, stay situationally aware in everyday environments, and avoid potentially dangerous situations before they escalate. The course emphasizes prevention first—teaching women how to move with confidence, read people and surroundings, and make proactive decisions that reduce risk. When avoidance isn’t possible, we cover practical strategies for exiting unsafe situations, verbal and behavioral de-escalation, and the appropriate use of self-defense tools, including effective flashlight techniques for low-light conditions. All training is taught in a supportive, judgment-free environment focused on confidence, clarity, and empowerment—not fear. This class provides a strong foundation in personal safety, helping women develop awareness, decision-making skills, and confidence that extend far beyond the classroom. Whether at home, traveling, or out with family and friends, attendees will leave better prepared to protect themselves and those they love.
